The above is one of the examples of so-called zoom effect. Don’t worry, it’s pretty easy:
- Decide on the subject (you can try a model).
- Set the shutter speed to anything longer than 1 second.
- Click the shutter.
- Twist the focusing ring (zoom in or zoom out you can experiment on that).
- Enjoy the result, repeat until you get your desired output.
