Firefox 3.5 is officially out !!

Jul 01 2009 Published by under News

In my previous post I stated that Mozilla will roll out Firefox 3.5 by the end of June. Hey, it’s today. It is out now !!

  • Smarter session restore makes crash recovery perform even better.
  • Dynamic color profiling in the browser is optimized for web viewing; it means that whatever color you see when you’re doing some design work, it will be the same on the web page.
  • Here comes geo-location, a feature that tracks your local IP. It kicks in when you, say type restaurant, it guesses that you’re looking for the nearest one to you. Neat ?

hottest girls

Apple has rejected a porn app, again. But this time, Apple makes it once and for all. “Apple will not distribute applications that contain inappropriate content, such as pornography,” an Apple spokesman told CNN Thursday afternoon.

Hottest Girls is the first nudity app to appear on app store and it quickly disappear at the same time. This is no surprise as Jobs has already stated that porn is on top of the list for content that is not allowed. Firefox 3.5 RC 2 launched

Jun 24 2009 Published by under News

Mozilla has make yet another move in answering Microsoft’s IE 8. Introducing Firefox 3.5 RC 2. A relatively big leap from current v3.0.11. It is now available for download. But if danger is your middle name, you might want to try this out.

Why did I said so? Look out for the RC there. It means that Release Candidate is a very early version intended for web developers, not to the public yet. Such a software usually means unstable and might cause unexpected issues.

Well I didn’t write this to scare you away. So here’s the good part for the upcoming version: Continue Reading »
